As an established leader in precision stamping we here at StampSource pride ourselves in being able to provide our customers with end to end solutions that encompass the entire stamping process. Tool and die design is a critical element for every stamping project, and requires a  high level of expertise to deliver maximum tooling performance. Here at StampSource, we have long recognized the benefits of having the experience and resources in house to dedicate to tool and die design.

At the front end is our team of design engineers. This is a seasoned group of professionals with extensive experience in tool design and engineering. Tooling that functions more efficiently and for longer periods without maintenance, benefits everyone. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that we provide the highest value tooling in support of our stamping operation.

Every die is designed with a 2-D or 3-D CAD model, followed by a complete prototype and trial run. On the back end, we provide complete tool history and tool history reporting. This service is backed up by our experienced in-house tool and die shop utilizing modern manufacturing techniques that can handle tooling components as large as 24” x24” and die sets 36” x 96”.

As an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization, we utilize a robust quality program that drives our tool and dies design as well as stamping operations. This is a key factor that allows us to deliver superior services regardless of project complexity.
