Secondary Metal Stamping

StampSource operates secondary, or single hit, dies. These are manually fed (often called put-and-take) dies for forming, piercing, lancing, coining or blanking.

StampSource is ISO certified. All secondary metal stamping, operations and steps are documented and closely monitored for consistent, superior quality. In addition, StampSource utilizes fully integrated manufacturing software insuring excellent, dependable service.

StampSource operates 20 presses up to 250 tons in capacity. 

Die maintenance is included in all part prices. There are no hidden costs.

Single Hit Dies

StampSource has significant experience with secondary metal stamping and transferring in dies from our customers’ plants or from other stampers. We will make any transition as close to seamless as possible. We will be happy to provide references from customers whose dies have been transferred.
