Progressive Metal Stamping

StampSource’s primary strength is progressive metal stamping.  When the various steps on a part cannot be done in one operation, a progressive die can be built allowing multiple steps to be done in one pass through the press.  Progressive stamping yields the lowest piece price for a part. Our presses and press feed equipment are state-of-the-art. The computer controls allow lean manufacturing with quick and accurate set-ups.

StampSource is ISO certified. All progressive metal stamping, operations and steps are documented and closely monitored for consistent, superior quality. In addition, StampSource utilizes fully integrated manufacturing software insuring excellent, dependable service.

StampSource operates 20 presses up to 250 tons in capacity.

Die maintenance is included in all part prices. There are no hidden costs.

StampSource has significant experience with progressive metal stamping and transferring in dies from our customers’ plants or from other stampers. We will make any transition as close to seamless as possible. We will be happy to provide references from customers whose dies have been transferred.
