Deep drawing metal stamping is done when the forming of a part requires material flow or stretching, rather than bending. Notice the photograph on this page. These parts have to be drawn to achieve their ultimate shape. Drawing of any significant depth requires multiple steps.

StampSource has significant experience with deep drawing metal stamping, transferring in dies from our customers’ plants or from other stampers. We will make any transition as close to seamless as possible. We will be happy to provide references from customers whose dies have been transferred.
